I purchased a ticket in 2020. What happened to it?

When the festival was initially postponed in 2020, all tickets were re-allocated over three years as part of the Covid-19 Ticketing Response.

In May 2021, Bass Coast Festival was postponed for a second time and all outstanding tickets were deferred by one additional year.

In August 2022, Bass Coast sent an email that all outstanding 2024 tickets would be automatically moved to 2023. For a ticket to remain in 2024, a request form was to be completed by Sept 15, 2022 at 5:00pm PT.

On Sept 15, 2022, all 2023 ticket holders were sent an email with their new 2023 ticket.
