I purchased a ticket in 2020. What happened to it?

When the festival was initially postponed in 2020, all tickets were re-allocated over three years as part of the Covid-19 Ticketing Response. In May 2021, Bass Coast Festival was postponed for a second time and all outstanding tickets were deferred by one additional year. At this time, you received an email confirming the assigned year of your ticket.
