Buying and Selling Tickets on TicketSwap

Bass Coast Festival has partnered with TicketSwap to offer a secure place to buy and sell tickets. We strongly encourage anyone purchasing or selling tickets to use TicketSwap to ensure a safe transaction. Below are the simple steps for using this platform.

PURCHASING TICKETS AND ADD-ONS ON TICKETSWAP

To purchase tickets on TicketSwap, visit ticketswap.com/basscoast-festival. Here, you'll be able to see the available tickets and add ons and make your purchase securely. If the ticket or add-on you want is not available, you can request to be notified once one gets posted for sale.

SELLING TICKETS OR ADD-ONS ON TICKETSWAP

To sell tickets on TicketSwap visit ticketswap.com/basscoast-festival and click the Sell Tickets button. Follow the prompts to create an account and upload the ticket and/or add-ons you have for sale. Once your ticket or add-on is purchased, funds will be transferred to you within 3 business days.

TRANSFERRING A TICKET TO SOMEONE YOU KNOW

If you'd like to transfer a ticket to someone you know, you can use Tickit.ca's Transfer Option. This transfer system does not handle exchanging money. It is important that you know and trust the person you are transferring the ticket to or receiving a ticket from. If you do not, please use TicketSwap to ensure the transfer is protected.

TRANSFERRING OR RESELLING A TICKET ON A PAYMENT PLAN

Once you have completed the payments, you can transfer or resell your ticket and/or add-on by following the steps above.
