Amplify Bass Coast Culture In Your Community.

45 representatives from across North America comprise Bass Coast's street team, acting as ambassadors of Bass Coast throughout the year.

Street Team members are inspired by the prospect of supporting Bass Coast attendees to have a positive, well rounded festival experience while learning fundamental event marketing techniques.

On September 15, the invitation to join the team is being extended to you.

From top-secret focus groups that help shape the festival’s direction (Shhhhhh!) to providing insights into the aspirations of Bass Coast participants everywhere, joining the Bass Coast Street Team is an opportunity to contribute to dynamic conversation.

Aiming to accurately represent Bass Coast, the Street Team looks for a wide variety of attributes, personalities and skills sets. From Harm Reduction specialists to sound techs, production volunteers to social butterflies, individual expressions and perspectives are essential to the Team’s success

What’s the most valuable contribution?

Understanding, in a meaningful and actionable way what Bass Coast is.

If you’ve been to Bass Coast before (insider tip: especially if you’ve volunteered), align with the ethos of Bass Coast and consider yourself a socially savvy individual, you are encouraged to apply.

As the program evolves into its 6th year, new opportunities are arising for representatives in the eastern region of Canada and the United States, with two representatives selected per major city. Joining the Bass Coast Street Team is a seasonal commitment beginning in the fall and completing in July, with digital and IRL participation throughout the year. Program begins November 1st.

Applications are open September 15th to October 1st.

Working alongside such passionate and creative energy on the team not only heightened my love for the community that surrounds the festival world but it played a vital role in the path I've taken as a career. Under the wing of marketing manager and Street Team momma, Charissa Schamuhn, I was able to tap into my potential and find my calling in the social media and marketing field! The Street Team offers a chance to immerse yourself into the Bass Coast family, and that is an unforgettable adventure." - Devon Banks, Kamloops Rep 2018 & 2019
