Need to send a ticket to a friend? You can do it directly in the User Portal:

Log into the User Portal using the email tied to your original order

Select “Start a Transfer”

Enter the recipient’s full legal name, email address, and phone number

Review the details carefully – once a transfer is sent, it can't be reversed

Choose how many tickets you want to transfer, then hit “Make Transfer”

Accept the terms to finalise the transfer

If it goes through, you'll see a confirmation pop-up and both you and the recipient will get a confirmation email

Didn't get the email? Check your junk, spam, or promotions folder
Be extra careful when entering transfer details. A small mistake—like a typo in an email—can lead to confusion or delays for the person receiving the ticket.
