You can request that your ticket is re-sent here:  basscoast.tickit.ca/resend If you haven't received your ticket via email, please check your junk mail for an email coming from Bass Coast Festival tickets@tickit.ca

To transfer a ticket to someone you know, use the Tickit.ca secure transfer system. The secure transfer system does not include any service charges. It is important that you know and trust the person you are transferring the ticket to or receiving a ticket from.
