2024 Theme: REFLECTION

The 2024 Theme is REFLECTION.

The manifesto for REflection is REUse, REPurpose, REflect. This guiding principle encourages festival-goers to reimagine their relationship with expression, consumption and the environment.

“REflection challenges participants to REinvent what they already have when preparing for this year's festival season.” says Liz Thomson, Co-Founder and Art Director of Bass Coast Festival. “ Purchase a few new items from ethical sources and create your own mindful and sustainable style.”

"Whether it's fashion, art, or everyday practices, there are endless ways for everyone to get involved with this theme," adds Andrea Graham, Co-founder and Music Director. "From DIY fashion on any budget to finding creative uses for natural materials, Reflection invites each of us to play a part in shaping a more conscientious future."

With over 100 musical acts still to be announced, the First Wave of artists performing at this year’s event includes a double headliner of Leikeli47 and Of The Trees, Ash Lauryn, Bakey, Breaka, Bianca Oblivion, Cinthie, Conducta, Danny Daze, Digital, Introspekt, Ivy Lab, JPS, K+Lab, Kassian, Lazy Syrup Orchestra, Machinedrum, Mat the Alien, Magugu, Mikey Lion, Pluralist, Prosumer, Sam Binga, Sherelle, Shiba-San, Smalltown DJs, DJ Stingray 31, The Funk Hunters, The Librarian.
