How to Transfer and Claim a Ticket


Step 1: Assign Tickets

The following ticket types must be assigned to individual attendees prior to arrival:

  • 2025 General Admission
  • Reserved Sites
  • Bell Tents

Important Note:

  • All add-ons (early entry, Enviro, etc.) in your account are included in a single QR Code.
  • If you bought add-ons for others, transfer those items to their legal names before claiming your ticket.

To transfer:

  1. Log into your Bass Coast portal (https://portal.basscoast.ca/) .
  2. Tap MENU (bottom nav bar).
  3. Select Transfer an Item.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your claim.
  5. When entering the recipient's info, double check their email and phone is correct.
  6. They'll receive an email with login instructions.

Step 2: Claim Your Ticket (Everyone)

All attendees must claim their own ticket before arriving at the festival.

  1. Log into your portal.
  2. Tap My QR Code from the bottom nav bar.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your claim.
  4. Once you have your QR Code displayed, scroll down to Download to your device for offline use.

(This applies to GA, Reserved Sites, and Bell Tents.)
