How to Transfer and Claim a Ticket
Step 1: Assign Tickets
The following ticket types must be assigned to individual attendees prior to arrival:
- 2025 General Admission
- Reserved Sites
- Bell Tents
Important Note:
- All add-ons (early entry, Enviro, etc.) in your account are included in a single QR Code.
- If you bought add-ons for others, transfer those items to their legal names before claiming your ticket.
To transfer:
- Log into your Bass Coast portal (https://portal.basscoast.ca/) .
- Tap MENU (bottom nav bar).
- Select Transfer an Item.
- Follow the prompts to complete your claim.
- When entering the recipient's info, double check their email and phone is correct.
- They'll receive an email with login instructions.
Step 2: Claim Your Ticket (Everyone)
All attendees must claim their own ticket before arriving at the festival.
- Log into your portal.
- Tap My QR Code from the bottom nav bar.
- Follow the prompts to complete your claim.
- Once you have your QR Code displayed, scroll down to Download to your device for offline use.
(This applies to GA, Reserved Sites, and Bell Tents.)
