Wed. July 9: 12pm - 10pm
(You may begin lining up at 10am on Wednesday July 9.)
Thu. July 10: 9am - 10pm
(You may begin lining up at 8am on Thursday July 10.)
Fri. July 11: 9am - 1am
(You may begin lining up at 8am on Friday July 11.)
Sat. July 12: CLOSED
Sun. July 13: CLOSED
Mon July 14: CLOSED

All arrivals from Saturday onwards must check in at the Staff Gate. This includes GA, all in-house staff, and suppliers. Those planning to camp in Camp C or B may drive to the Main Gate after completing check-in at the Staff Gate.

  • Head towards merritt
  • L - onto coldwater rd
  • R - onto pooley rd
  • L - onto houston rd
  • L - onto midday valley rd
  • The main gate will be 0.8 km (1/2 mile) up the hill on your left
