How to use your credit (promo code)

If you purchased tickets in 2020 with a payment plan, the amount paid to date is now a credit in the form of a promo code.

A promo code has been emailed to you in a separate email from tickets@tickit.ca or to find your promo code visit: basscoast.tickit.ca/resend

When Purchasing Tickets

Create your order. Before moving to the next page. Click the promo code box
