Bell Tents
Nothing beats arriving at the festival to find a cozy canvas tent or a rustic cabin waiting for you. Sleep under the stars and be at one with nature without all the hard work. All attendees staying in rented tents or cabins must have a General Admission ticket. General Admission tickets are not included in the tent or cabin rental price.
One (1) Vehicle Pass for regular size vehicles is included with a cabin or bell tent purchase.

RESERVED CAMPSITES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE LATE SPRING:
Campsite A Cost: Campsite A: $500 per site. All sites are 16 x 40 feet.
Campsite C Cost: Campsite C: $550 per site. All sites are 16 x 40 feet.
Size: Each site is 16 x 40 feet and comfortably camps 4-8 people.
Location: All reserved sites are along the riverfront in Campground A or Campground C.
Directions: Access to Campground A is via Neilson Rd. Check in at A Gate. Access to Campground C is via Midday Valley Road. Check in at Main Gate.
Vehicles and Tents: We suggest limiting to two vehicles per site & 2 - 4 tents. Please stay within your marked area.
Public River Access: There are multiple public river access points in Campground A and C to allow everyone access to the river. Exact locations may be different than what is shown on the map.
Wednesday or Thursday Entry: Reserved Campsites are accessible from Wednesday, July 12PM PT. Anyone accessing the Reserved Campsite on Wednesday or Thursday must have a General Admission ticket and the appropriate early entry ticket(s).

Bass Coast is committed to environmental education, sustainability and stewardship. Over the past three years, Bass Coast has chosen to support West Coast Environmental Law through a variety of initiatives because of their proven track record of affecting lasting change.
The organization works to strengthen environmental laws in BC and Canada, and also provides legal aid to BC communities who want to use the law to defend the places and people they care about – from the Rocky Mountains, to the waters of the Coldwater River, to the wild Pacific coast. Support Merritt Rotary Club Flood Relief Fund
The Merritt Rotary Club has set up a Disaster Relief Fund to help families and individuals who have been severely affected by the flooding.
Merritt and the surrounding areas saw extensive flooding and the entire town of 7000 people were evacuated. As people are being allowed back into their homes the devastation will be revealed. There are large parts of the town and surrounding areas that have been affected from slightly to catastrophic.
Bass Coast invites you to add a donation to your ticket purchase today that will directly support the residents of Merritt and surroundings area recover.

Payment Plans
Payment plans allow you to pay off the total of your purchase over 3 months.
3 Payment Plan Available until April 30, 2022. Pay 1/3+ fees now with equal payments over the next two months.
Instalments come out of your account every 30 days, starting on the purchase date. Payment plans can be applied to any purchase. Minimum purchase amount is $409. All purchases and partial purchases are NON REFUNDABLE. All fees are added to the first instalment. Tax is split equally over your instalments.
If a payment is missed, you will be notified immediately by email. The system will automatically try the transaction again each day until it goes through. If you have not caught up with your payments by June 30, 2022, your order will be cancelled. You can access payment status, update credit card info, and make early payments on your download page, which is accessed from your order confirmation page which was sent to you with your email receipt from TICKIT.CA. If you cannot find your email receipt please visit: basscoast.tickit.ca/resend. All purchases are non-refundable, no exceptions.
