Bass Coast Festival will continue to operate in accordance with provincial and local health guidelines and recommendations. The government of British Columbia’s current response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic can be viewed here.

Bass Coast Festival tickets are non-refundable. By purchasing a Bass Coast Festival ticket, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. In the event Bass Coast Festival 2022 cannot take place, all valid tickets will be moved forward one year.

RESERVED CAMPSITES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE JUNE 14TH 10AM PDT
Book a reserved campsite and plan to camp with your friends. The best part about reserving a campsite is that you will know where to go and you’ll have guaranteed space for your group. Learn more about the two options for reserved campsites below:

Premium Reserved Campsites are located in Campground A. The premium sites are a numbered selection of riverfront or shaded sites with easy access to the festival and ample room for you to camp with friends. Know where you’ll go - all of the premium sites are numbered and you can select the specific spot you’d like to book.
Cost: $500 per site. All sites are 18 x 40 feet. Suggest up to 8 people.

EZ Reserved Campsites are located in the centre of Campground A & in the stunning new Ventura campground. Ventura is located on the south end of the festival grounds and a short walk to the main concert site. EZ Reserved sites are a lower price option. These sites are not numbered but they are limited so you are guaranteed a site in the campground you select. Camp with your friends and know you’ll have space for everyone. There are two sizes of sites:

Cost:
$250 for Regular site: 18 x 42 feet - Suggested up to 8 people per site (2 steering wheels and 2-4 tents). All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass.
$275 for XL site: 18 x 55 feet - Suggested up to 12 people per site (3 steering wheels and 3-5 tents). All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass.
Note: All patrons must purchase a General Admission ticket. General Admission Tickets are not included in the Reserved Campsite price.

Directions
Access to Campground A and Ventura is via Neilson Rd. Check in at A Gate.
Access to Campground B and C is via Midday Valley Road. Check in at Main Gate.

Vehicles and Tents:
Regular Size Site: 18 x 42 feet - Suggested up to 8 people per site (2 steering wheels and 2-4 tents). All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass.
XL Size Site: 18 x 55 feet - Suggested up to 12 people per site (3 steering wheels and 3-5 tents). All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass.

Public River Access: There are multiple public river access points in Campground A and C to allow everyone access to the river.

Wednesday or Thursday Entry Reserved Campsites are open accessible beginning from Wednesday, July 12PM PT. Anyone accessing the Reserved Campsite on Wednesday or Thursday must have a General Admission ticket and the appropriate early entry ticket(s).

Bell Tents

Nothing beats arriving at the festival to find a cozy canvas tent waiting for you. Sleep under the stars and be at one with nature without all the hard work. All attendees staying in rented tents must have a General Admission ticket. General Admission tickets are not included in the tent rental price.

One (1) Vehicle Pass for regular size vehicles is included with a tent purchase.

Grand Tents

- 6 x 4 meter diameter
- 3 Queen beds or 5 Single beds or mixture of styles

- Air mattress, fitted sheets, linen and pillows
- Carpets, mirror, doormats, outdoor fairy lights table and light

No camping gear? No problem.

Bass Coast Glamping

Forget hauling a tent and air mattress and make camping easy with a camping tent package. You'll arrive at the festival with a pre-constructed tent and queen size air mattress all set up for you. Tents are illuminated with an interior light. Simply bring your pillows and bedding.

All tents are sized to be spacious with ample room for your belongings. Campsites are not directly on the river, however, all sites are a short walk from the glamping riverside beach.

One (1) Vehicle Pass for regular size vehicles is included with a camping tent purchase.

All attendees staying in rented tents or cabins must have a General Admission ticket. General Admission tickets are not included in the tent rental price. All camping tent packages require a $150 damage deposit upon purchase.

Camping Tent - Medium ($495)

The 2 person camping tents measure 9'x12′ with a roomy peak height of 6'3”. Tents are equipped with a fly, groundsheet, and pegged to withstand high winds.

Included inside the tent:
• 1 queen air mattress with pump
• Interior light

$150 damage deposit included in the ticket fees. Maximum Occupancy: 2 people

Camping Tent - Giant ($645)

The 4 person giant camping tents measure 9’x20’ with a roomy peak height of 6’5”. Tents are equipped with a fly, groundsheet, and pegged to withstand high winds.

Included inside the tent:
• 2 queen air mattresses with pump
• Interior light

$150 damage deposit included in the ticket fees. Maximum Occupancy: 4 people

Support Environmental Sustainability

Bass Coast is committed to environmental education, sustainability and stewardship. Over the past three years, Bass Coast has chosen to support West Coast Environmental Law through a variety of initiatives because of their proven track record of affecting lasting change.

The organization works to strengthen environmental laws in BC and Canada, and also provides legal aid to BC communities who want to use the law to defend the places and people they care about – from the Rocky Mountains, to the waters of the Coldwater River, to the wild Pacific coast. Support Merritt Rotary Club Flood Relief Fund

The Merritt Rotary Club has set up a Disaster Relief Fund to help families and individuals who have been severely affected by the flooding.

Merritt and the surrounding areas saw extensive flooding and the entire town of 7000 people were evacuated. As people are being allowed back into their homes the devastation will be revealed. There are large parts of the town and surrounding areas that have been affected from slightly to catastrophic.

Bass Coast invites you to add a donation to your ticket purchase today that will directly support the residents of Merritt and surroundings area recover.

General Ticketing Information

Payment Plans

Payment plans allow you to pay off the total of your purchase over 3 months.

3 Payment Plan  Available until April 30, 2022. Pay 1/3+ fees now with equal payments over the next two months.

Instalments come out of your account every 30 days, starting on the purchase date. Payment plans can be applied to any purchase. Minimum purchase amount is $409. All purchases and partial purchases are NON REFUNDABLE. All fees are added to the first instalment. Tax is split equally over your instalments.

If a payment is missed, you will be notified immediately by email. The system will automatically try the transaction again each day until it goes through. If you have not caught up with your payments by June 30, 2022, your order will be cancelled. You can access payment status, update credit card info, and make early payments on your download page, which is accessed from your order confirmation page which was sent to you with your email receipt  from TICKIT.CA. If you cannot find your email receipt please visit: basscoast.tickit.ca/resend. All purchases are non-refundable, no exceptions.
