Yoga and Movement Workshop Information Package

Thank you for your interest in applying to present at Bass Coast Festival.

Yoga and Movement Workshop presenters will receive one GA ticket, with Early Entry, in return for conducting one or two classes. Some presenters will be asked to teach one class and volunteer at the yoga movement area for 2 hours or assist with another movement class.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

Bass Coast is a 19-plus-event and photo ID is required to enter the festival site. No animals are permitted on-site before, during or after the event.

LOCATION ON-SITE

Yoga and Movement Workshops will be presented at the Radio Stage or in a designated movement area.

WEATHER

Prepare for all weather. We may experience extreme heat, torrential rain, severe thunderstorms or high winds. Classes and workshops go on, rain or shine.

CAMPING

Presenters receive an Early Entry ticket which includes General Admission camping in Campground B or Campground C, (when it opens on Friday July 6).

HOURS OF YOGA AND MOVEMENT PRESENTATIONS

We require that all applicants are available to be scheduled to teach sometime between Thursday, July 5 - Sunday, July 8 from 10 AM - 6 PM. If you are unable to commit to these times, please note your availability in the special requests section of the application form.

INSURANCE

All Yoga and Movement teachers must have 2 million in liability insurance.
