MARGARITA
Tequila (your choice but 100% agave is best)
Cointreau or Triple Sec (orange liquor)
Shaker of some sort
1/2 lime will make one margarita
Simple syrup optional
Glass and ice
Instructions
Add ingredients then sake on ice till very cold
Strain over ice into rocks glass
WHISKEY SOUR
Main alcohol: Whisky, Bourbon whiskey
2 oz Bourbon whiskey,
1 dash egg white or substitute
1 oz (2 parts) Fresh lemon juice,
1/2 oz (1 part) simple syrup
dash of bitters optional
Shake dry without ice till frothy
Next shake with ice till icey cold
on the rocks
Standard garnish: Lemon rind, Maraschino cherry, Orange slice, Sugared glass
Drinkware: Cobbler, Old fashioned glass
ELJAYS FAVOURITE MOCKTAIL
Soda with mint and squeezed lime over crushed ice
