1. Pickup is at 7:00 AM at the Olympic Village Skytrain Station back parking lot, next to the old railroad. There are two out of service bus shelters at the pickup point. Exact coordinates: 49.266899, -123.116369. Please have your Shuttle ticket ready (on your phone is ok) and check in with the Shuttle Coordinator.

2. Once loaded, the bus will depart for Bass Coast.

3. There will be a 30 minute rest stop in Hope at Save-on-Foods.

4. The bus will arrive at the Bass Coast A Gate at roughly 1:30 PM. Arrival time is subject to change based on highway conditions. The bus will skip the line and be fast-tracked to the gate. There, passengers will be checked in to the festival. 

5. After checking in at the gate, passengers will return to the bus and be dropped off at the entrance to Ventura Campground. 

Return Route - Monday, July, 15 2024.
