TICKIT also offers two options directly from your order confirmation page:

• Secure Resale: List your ticket on the Bass Coast Festival TICKIT Marketplace and payment is processed securely through the platform. Use the secure resale function from your order confirmation page.
• Secure Transfer: Transfer a ticket directly to another person; no payment is processed through the platform. The recipient reviews and accepts the ticket through TICKIT, confirming its legitimacy before the transfer is complete. Please note: a name printed on a ticket does not guarantee its legitimacy. A secure transfer is the only way to verify a ticket is real. Use the transfer function from your order confirmation page.

Bass Coast has not partnered with TicketSwap. Tickets bought or sold through TicketSwap are not verified and entry may be denied.

WATCH OUT FOR SCAMS

Bass Coast does not operate an official Facebook ticket exchange group. We've seen an increase in scam accounts and fake pages impersonating ticketing admins. Always ensure information is coming directly from Bass Coast's official channels.

Bass Coast Project Ltd. does not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased outside of TICKIT and entry may be denied. If you proceed:

• Only buy from or sell to people you know and trust
• Arrange payments privately (e.g. e-transfer, PayPal)
• Keep records, save screenshots and payment confirmations
