01 — Download The App
Your Whole Festival, In Your Pocket
Set times, maps, gate info, and real-time updates all live in the official Bass Coast app, powered by Woov. Download it and sign in before you lose service on the drive in.

02 — Your Ticket, Your Name
New This Year: Named Tickets
Every ticket must be assigned to the person attending, and ID must match the name on the ticket. If you bought tickets for other people, transfer them before you arrive.
Who Needs To Transfer?
- Bought tickets for others? Transfer each into their name.
- Bought from someone else? Ask them to transfer it to your name.
- Applies to all GA tickets used for entry.
Not required for: Add-Ons, Early Entry, Reserved Sites, Bell Tents, or Vehicle Passes.
- Find your order confirmation email from tickets@tickit.ca.
- Click "View Your Confirmation".
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Transfer Your Tickets".
- Select the tickets, then enter the recipient's name, email, and phone number.
- They'll receive an email to claim their tickets.
Lost your email? Resend it at basscoast.tickit.ca/resend
- Look for an email from tickets@tickit.ca with your order confirmation.
- Click the link and download your tickets from the secure page.
- Download them before arrival — while you still have service.
- The sender's originals are cancelled once you've downloaded yours.

Each gate serves a different area. Know which one is yours before you set out — and please respect the neighbours: no camping on the side of the road before entry.

Everyone — GA, in-house staff, and suppliers — must check in at the Staff Gate first. Camping in Camp B or C? You may drive to the Main Gate after checking in.
An Enviro Vehicle Pass is required for each vehicle (motorcycles excluded).
